Hi, I'm Lindsey—a stay-at-home mom of two, a wife, and someone who loves turning ​parties into unforgettable moments! My passion for decorating and creating balloon ​decor began as a way to add joy to my family’s celebrations, and it has blossomed into ​a full-time business. I used to work in healthcare, but after becoming pregnant with my ​first baby, I decided to focus on family. When my second baby was born, I followed my ​heart and started my own businesses.

I’ve been crafting beautiful balloon displays for three years, and in June of 2024, I ​officially launched Lindsey’s Party Balloons. I take pride in designing unique, elegant ​balloon decorations that make every event, from weddings to parties, truly special.

• How much notice is needed for bookings?

I recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weddings and large events. Ideally, a minimum of 2-4 weeks' ​notice is appreciated to ensure availability and preparation time.

• Do you offer delivery and setup?

Yes! I offer delivery and full setup for all my balloon decor to make your event stress-free. Just let me know your event ​location, and I'll handle the rest.

• What types of events do you decorate?

I specialize in weddings, birthdays, corporate events, and holiday parties, but I can design balloon decor for any special ​occasion!

• Can you create custom balloon designs?

Absolutely! If you have a specific design in mind or want something you don’t see listed, just send me a photo or ​description, and I’ll work to bring your vision to life.

• Can you create balloon decor for themed events?

• What happens if a balloon pops during the event?
  

While my balloons are high-quality, accidental pops can happen. I usually bring extra balloons for large events to make ​quick repairs if needed.

• Can I make changes to my order after booking?
  

Minor changes can be made up to [insert timeframe, e.g., one week] before the event. For larger changes, please contact ​me as soon as possible to accommodate your request.

• Do you offer same-day or last-minute bookings?
  

While it’s best to book in advance, I can sometimes accommodate last-minute requests depending on availability. Contact ​me directly to see if I can fit your event into my schedule.

• Can I mix balloons with other decorations, like flowers or lights?

Yes! I love incorporating other elements such as flowers, lights, or fabric into my balloon designs to create a unique, ​elevated look. Let me know your vision, and I’ll work with you to combine these elements seamlessly into your decor.

I am based in 30 Mile’s West of Pittsburgh, PA, and serve the ​surrounding areas, including but not limited to:

• Allegheny County (including neighborhoods like Fox Chapel, Sewickley, and Upper St. Clair)
• Butler County (including Cranberry Township and Mars)
• Washington County (including Peters Township and Canonsburg)
• Westmoreland County (including Murrysville and Greensburg)

If your event is outside these areas, feel free to contact me, and we can discuss travel arrangements!

Contact Information

Terms and Conditions / Policies

Booking & Deposits: A 60% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. ​The remaining balance is due one prior to set up.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact me at least 60 days ​before the event. Deposits are non-refundable, but I can work with you to reschedule ​based on availability.

Payment Methods: I accept cash, cheque, Venmo, and PayPal. Final payments must be ​made by the day prior to set up.

Damages: Any damage to balloon decor post-setup is not my responsibility. For outdoor ​events, please note that extreme weather may affect balloon longevity.

A contract will be given upon booking. The contract is due back within one week of ​receiving it.
